What Do We Do?
We are a healthcare recruitment agency and provide temporary and permanent staff to both nursing and social care environments. We also provide specialist services, placing staff to work with neurological clients who are undergoing rehabilitation in the community.
Warrens 24/7 are able to provide staff 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, including weekends and bank holidays. You will always be able to get hold of us through our on-call system, so no endless answerphones messages here! Therefore we can respond quickly to requests for staff at short notice to cover sickness and annual leave absences.
However this does not mean we take shortcuts when it comes to recruiting staff. You can be fully assured that all our employees have to go through a thorough recruitment process and are fully trained before they start work.
We want to build strong relationships with all our clients and maintain flexibility to meet their needs. We are open to sharing feedback and feel that transparency is key to maintaining good working relationships.
